    Don't be taken aback when you see the place -working from home it may be misleading but the guy there really knows what he does. I was reading to take my AV receiver to Onkyo service in Norwich as I couldn't find someone to repair it in my area and he saved the day. Not expensive and quite fast - had it ready 2 days later.
    Other thing is that he moved and google didn't change the pin location. The address itself is good but you have to enter street manually rather then following derby ace location. No blame to him though. BTW I have managed to moved it for you maybe they'll change it anytime soon
    Could have more customer service skill but he was friendly after all. And he made me happy like a kid having my device going :D
